Apartment Insel is located right in the town centre at the start of the pedestrian zone, allowing you to immerse yourself in local life straight away.

The bus station and other stops are less than a ten-minute walk away. Buses run approximately every half hour to the beaches at Charco Verde and Tazacorte. The beaches are a 10–15-minute drive away.

If you are visiting the island to cycle, the owner kindly offers you the use of their garage space free of charge to store your bikes (upon request).

This well-equipped apartment is also an attractive option for winter visitors.

Directly opposite is a shopping centre with a large supermarket in the basement.

There is no private parking; on arrival, you will need to find a free parking space in the blue short-stay parking zone in the town centre. You will find large, free car parks a few minutes’ walk away.

If you are travelling with friends, you can rent Apt. Insel on the third floor and Apt. Insel 2 on the fourth floor. This way, you are close to each other yet each have your own apartment.

Holiday flat Insel is a beautiful, modernly furnished city apartment

Apartment Insel is located on the third floor of an apartment block. There is a lift, but there are a few steps leading up to it.

Guests are welcomed by the friendly owner with a traditional island welcome gift.

The apartment, with 55 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room for two adults.

It is very bright and modernly furnished. The sofa, with a small sideboard, side table and reading lamp, is situated right at the entrance to the living/dining area.

The flat-screen TV can be rotated fully, so you can watch it from both the sofa and the dining area.

The modern and completely newly fitted kitchenette offers plenty of storage space.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed, has a large, open wardrobe with plenty of storage space; opposite is the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment has no balcony; the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom can be completely blacked out. The view overlooks one of the main shopping streets in Los Llanos, half of which is a pedestrian zone.
