Villa Tamanca provides full privacy
The Holiday House is located on a 1000m² fenced property, that is not visible from outside.
You can park your rental car on the property as soon as you pass the electronically controlled large sliding gate. The Holiday House also has an installed alarm-system.
Villa Tamanca offers 144m² living space and a high level of comfort.
The owner has attached great attention to a high-quality furnishing, a beautiful design and a perfectly matching decoration.
Kitchen
In the main entrance area there is the separate, modern kitchen with a dining table and six chairs.
It features walnut wood panelled kitchen cabinets and a black marble worktop.
The high dark wood gabled roof and the large glass sliding doors make the room appear large and light.
Sliding doors open to the sun terrace. The sliding doors lead directly onto the covered terrace which offers the necessary shade in summer.
The kitchen is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
Besides of a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven and a ceramic hob there are also an oven and a dish washer.
Living Area
The living room features warm red shades and also has a Palmerian wood gabled roof.
A sitting corner with comfortable sofas invite for reading a book or watching TV. You can also simply enjoy the crackling of the burning wood in the fireplace, which creates a homely and wam atmosphere on cold evenings.
According to your demand, there is a split unit for heating or air conditioning at your disposal. The large glass sliding doors provide access to the garden.
A small desk is also available in case you plan to work occasionally during your stay.
Additional comfort is provided by a satellite TV, a CD/MP3-player and a wireless internet access throughout the entire Holiday House.
Bedrooms
The Holiday House offers sleeping facilities for up to six persons and one baby.
At the left side of the Holiday House there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while one bedroom with a bathroom is located at the right side of the Holiday House.
The two large double bedrooms each feature a satellite TV (flat screen) and a split unit (for heating and air condition).
Country-style furniture blend nicely with natural shade decorations.
There is one more, simple bedroom with two single beds, perfectly suitable for accompanying children.
There are two bathrooms at your disposal.
One features a modern design with a shower and the second one has a hydro massage shower and a large vanity. Like all other rooms, the floor is tiled in warm, natural shades. In an extra room is a sauna that can be used for an extra charge.
Outdoor Area
The spacious, planted outdoor area is very well equipped.
The owner made a great effort regarding the arrangement of the garden.
Small trees, palms and lavender create a Mediterranean flair.
Some areas are covered with pebble stones.
The area around the pool provides plenty of space for sun loungers and two large sun umbrellas. An outdoor shower is also available.
The pool area is secured with a fence, if you travel with toddlers.
The pool have an insulating pool cover so that heat is not lost or maintained.
The beautiful, covered outdoor kitchen has a grill, a cooking plate and a sink.
This area is a little paradise for all those guests, who love to culinary pamper their loved ones and themselves with delicious grilled food.
The large tea-wood table with three benches offers space for up to six persons.
