The coast of La Punta de Tijarafe is known for its year-round mild climate.

Villa Nerea ist build on a and its 2600m² outdoor area. The garden at the back of the house provides full privacy and features large lawns and palm trees.

A romantic wooden bridge connects the terrace with the garden where you also find the heatable pool.

There are many cosy places in the sun or shade for relaxing. From the garden you also enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and the west coast.  

The barbecue area is spaciously laid-out. Besides an open fireplace there is also a 4-ring ceramic hob. The long table comfortably provides space for the whole family.

Modern country-style furnishing on a 160m² living area

The beautiful designed stone facade creates an optimal indoor climate. 

The light-flooded living area has a panoramic window with garden view. On cool evenings you enjoy sitting on a cosy couch in front of the fireplace.

Of course your entertainment is well-taken care of with a satellite TV, and a DVD/MP3-player.

A wireless internet access is also available.

Ground Floor

The kitchen is located on the ground floor, separated from the living area. 

It is very well equipped and offers plenty of storage space. A large dining table is the centre of the kitchen.

There is 1 double bedroom located downstairs.

It features a small, private balcony with garden view and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Upper Floor

A staircase leads to the upper level of the Holiday House. 

There 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds are located as well as a large, shared bathroom with a double wash hand basin and a hydro massage shower.

The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and each features a small window bench adding a very special, romantic touch.

Terrace with Panoramic View

The highlight on the upper floor is the spacious, partially roofed panorama terrace.

High-quality sitting furniture provide an excellent comfort to enjoy your outdoor stay. In the evening the two large chairs make a beautiful place watching the sun going down over the sea. A comfortable hanging chair is ideal for reading a book.
