Spaciously laid-out Holiday House

Villa Neige is a modern two-story Holiday House sleeping up to five adults and one child up to twelve years in an extra bed.

The roof is completely covered with red roof tiles, keeping the living room warm during winter.

A fireplace and two gas heaters provide pleasant temperatures on cold evenings.

The unique design of the Holiday House, especially the combined living-dining area, creates plenty of space for the whole family as well as a warm and cosy ambience.

Living-Dining Room

A true highlight is the large living area on the ground floor with a fireplace from where stairs lead to the upper floor. 

The light-flooded, high ceiling living room is comfortable and friendly.

Attached  there is a dining area with six chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, that leaves nothing to be desired.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a separate, small TV room.

Im Obergeschoss wurde auf der The upper floor features a gallery with a cosy reading corner, a desk and a stereo system. From the gallery window you also enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a hydro massage bath tub.

Outdoor Area

A balcony stretches the full length of the house, attaching to the rear terrace.

The terrace at the back of the house is not visible from outside and provides a large area for relaxing as well as a marvellous view of Los Llanos and the sea.

At the back of the house there is a private terrace with sauna, jacuzzi and grill, that is not visible from outside and offers a fantastic view of the Aridane Valley down to the sea.

It is a nice place to complete your day with a delicious dinner. Rose bushes and many other flowers are planted nicely around the Holiday House.
