Villa Morrito

Even in winter, the climate here is very pleasant

Villa Morrito was completely rebuilt in 2017 and is beautifully situated in a secluded location on the slope of the coastal road of Puntagorda at approx. 490masl.

The house impresses with a beautiful mix of modern furnishings and a typical Canarian, very high wooden roof. The furniture was chosen with love.

The house is reached via an unpaved forest road, the last part of the access road is cemented.

The large driveway to the house is planted with grass and colourful shrubs and palm trees decorate the outside of the property. You walk up some steps to the house.

Directly in front of the house is a large terrace with pergola

On a rattan combination with two armchairs and a table you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Atlantic.

Two sun loungers and a parasol are available for guests directly in front of the house.

In the living/dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchenette on the left and a small sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs on the right. From there, the other rooms branch off.

The master bedroom with double bed is nice and bright due to the two large windows.

You have a beautiful sea view and access directly to the terrace.

Between this and the second bedroom, which has two single beds, is a dressing room with a large open wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

The modern bathroom with beautiful stone tiles shines with a large walk-in shower.

The washing machine is located in an extra utility room off the dining area.
