The Canarian villa was stylishly modernized in 2025 and offers fascinating views from almost every room. The idyllic outdoor area offers a high level of privacy, while the interior of the house offers the best in comfort.

The view of the coast and the expanse of the Atlantic is fantastic, the sunsets are unforgettable

The holiday villa for two offers an ideal ambience for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Villa Botanico, another holiday villa, is located in the upper part of the 20,000 square metre grounds. Villa Miramar, however, is all to itself and guests enjoy privacy.

A hire car is required due to the location below the centre of Puntagorda. It is a good 35-minute walk to the town centre. Puntagorda has everything you need for your daily needs: supermarkets, a health food shop, bakery, restaurants and bars, bank and post office.

On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a lovely producers' and artisan market, the “Mercadillo”, on the outskirts of the village.

Extensive tours and hikes can be started directly from the house, for example down to the Mirador de La Reina. In the picturesque Puerto de Puntagorda, a descent on foot takes you directly to the sea. There is no beach there, but you can swim in the sea in the summer months. In winter this is too dangerous due to the currents and surf.

The large beach at Puerto de Tazacorte is about 25 minutes' drive away.

Villa Miramar is the perfect place for a romantic holiday for two.

Inside the traditional Canarian villa, you will find a skilfully staged interplay of classic elegance and modern design:

Bright colours, selected designer furniture in Bauhaus style, as well as antique French floor tiles set stylish accents. Whitewashed walls, light-coloured high Canary ceilings and warm wood tones on windows and doors create a very homely atmosphere. Colourful works of art perfectly complement the furnishings.

Attention to detail is also evident in the handmade Moroccan tiles and the silver-plated, hammered washbasin in the elegant travertine bathroom.

The spacious bedroom with its floor-to-ceiling panoramic window opens up a view of the unspoilt natural surroundings and the expanse of the Atlantic. The open-plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen leads out onto a covered terrace.

The harmonious garden architecture impresses with several different terraces and cosy seating areas.

A glazed viewing terrace almost seems to float - the perfect place to experience spectacular sunsets and sparkling starry nights.

The house has its own access and parking space for your hire car.
