Villa Don Pedro comprises a total of 200m2 living space and a spacious outdoor area with pool

The Holiday House is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a dining area as well as a kitchen and another, separate dining room.

There are also 2 bathrooms with shower bath. This part of the Holiday House sleeps up to 6 persons.

In case of a more than 6-people occupancy additionally a separate 50m2 apartment is offered. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom for 1 person as well as a living area with a couch and armchair, a dining table and a kitchen corner and a bathroom with a shower.

The separate apartment is only rented together with the main house part and remains closed up to a 6-people occupancy.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area features roofed terraces extending to the full length of the Holiday House.

Enjoy a spacious pool are with a 3,5 x 7 meter pool, a small pool for children and a relaxing area.

Living Room

The Holiday Villa is furnished in the characteristic local style by adding a modern touch.

All rooms are light and the living area offers a sea view.

The living room is furnished with large, cosy leather sofas and armchairs and has a satellite TV. The room temperature is adjusted by a split unit, that supplies fresh air, air-conditions and heats the room properly.

In front of the living areas there are roofed terraces with wooden furniture.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave and a fridge-freezer as well as a dish washer.

Cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine and many other kitchen utensils are on hand.

The outdoor barbecue area also features a large range of cutlery and kitchen accessories.

Bedroom

There are 3 bedrooms is the main part of which one has 2 single beds pushed together and two bedrooms have 2 single beds each, all with good quality mattresses.

The large, stylish wooden wardrobes and chests of drawers provide plenty of space to accommodate your holiday wardrobe.

The two bathrooms in the main house each have a shower bath, a wash hand basin and a toilet.

Separate Apartment

The separate apartment features 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Warm blankets for the cooler season are provided.

The kitchen in the apartment is also fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, a wash hand basin and a toilet. A washing machine is available in the main house part as well as in the apartment.
