The modern holiday villa Balcon del Mar is situated on the coast of Puntagorda on a viewing platform with unique panoramic views.
From both terraces and from all rooms you can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the unspoilt rural surroundings - an ideal place to relax and soak up the sun and tranquillity. Situated at only 400m above sea level, the temperatures here are pleasant all year round.
The entire region is ideal for hiking and walking, with many well-signposted paths. The village of Puntagorda with its good infrastructure can be reached by car in a few minutes. There you will find everything you need for your daily needs, as well as restaurants, shops, a bank, a pharmacy and, at weekends, a nice producer's market.
Villa Balcon del Mar offers approx. 162 sqm with two equally sized bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms comfortably accommodating up to four people and is also very suitable for two couples. A rental car is absolutely necessary as the house is in an absolutely isolated location outside the village.
The house consists of two parts, which are laid out in an L-shape
In the transverse wing with the canopy are the two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom.
In the middle are the mirrored shower bathrooms, each with a walk-in closet in front with shelves and a large mirror. Guests are provided with towels and bathrobes. The bathrooms are white with floor-level showers, washbasins and WCs.
The bedrooms both have the high wooden ceilings typical of the country, which create a very pleasant room climate.
Through the large glass doors, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view as soon as you wake up. One bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds. Mattresses and bedding are of very good quality. There is also a small desk in each of the bedrooms.
Directly in front of this area there is a cosy sitting area with lounge furniture.
It is planned to glaze this part. In front of it is the spacious pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers and further seating.
The infinity pool looks directly onto the blue Atlantic Ocean – here you can enjoy a pure holiday!
The deep blue mosaic tiles are inspired by the colours of the Atlantic. When swimming, the pool and the sea visually merge directly into one another. An outdoor shower is of course available.
In the other part of the house is a spacious living area and the separate kitchen with dining area. The comfortable couch landscape with many cushions invites you to cosy evenings. A large flat screen TV is located directly opposite.
Wifi inernet is of course available. In front of the living room is a small furnished balcony, also with a panoramic view.
The dining room and kitchen are separate, but connected by a large hatch with counter.
Two bright red bar stools add a nice colour accent.
The kitchenette has a lot of work space, the equipment with appliances and kitchen aids is exceptionally extensive and good. You can cook as usual even on holiday, everything you need is certainly there. Oven and dishwasher are of course available.
A beautiful natural eye-catcher is the stone wall at the back, which has been integrated into the room. In the evening it can be lit from below, creating a very romantic stylish ambience. In front of it is the large dining table with room for six people.
On most days, however, you will eat outside on the rear terrace and enjoy the wonderful view here as well.
The large outdoor table is under a pergola. There is a barbecue against the back wall and a shelf with an outdoor sink.
Balcon del Mar is a paradise for stargazers and amateur astronomers.
The starry sky at night is magnificent – there is no disturbing light pollution in the surrounding area.
The entire furnishing and equipment of the newly built holiday home offers a very high level of comfort and meets all the requirements for unforgettable holidays.
