La Parra

Rural accommodation with great sea views on the west side of La Palma

Authentic in design, comfortable in furnishings and generous in space – this is the holiday country house La Parra, which has been rented out brand new in 2019.

You can almost drive right up to the house by car. 

To the side of the house is the large covered and enclosed barbecue terrace.

From here you enter the house directly into the old-Canarian kitchen, which has blue/white checkered curtains instead of base cabinets, behind which you will find a lot of storage space for a very well-equipped kitchen.

There is an oven but no dishwasher. Otherwise, everything you need for cooking and living is there.

A brick archway provides a view into the inviting and detailed living room.

You certainly won't step on your toes here, because there is plenty of space.

Two windows open onto the conservatory, which also gives the living room light and a sea view.

At the entrance to the living room, the door to the small shower room opens on the left and a little further ahead, behind the large kitchen cabinet on the right, the door to the bedroom. 

This – like every room here – is friendly, bright and cosy and has two windows, one with a sea view, the other with a mountain view.

The wintergarden is the last room in the house and certainly the most popular place for all guests to stay from now on.

All-round glazing, a beautiful large wooden table, large planters with cacti and this wide view of the landscape all the way to the Atlantic.

Privacy is also a given here, because no one can see in.

In order to control the incidence of light and sunshine as desired, there are numerous roller blinds and the patio doors of the conservatory can of course also be opened.

On the southern wall of the house, one floor below, the landlords have created a small oasis of well-being with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Here, too, you can relax unobserved.
