The exclusive Holiday Villa features an indoor swimming pool, an infrared sauna, high quality furnishing and offers space for up to 8 persons.
It is located at the foot of the Pico de Bejenado and borders the natural reserve, which makes it perfect for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers.
The mountain crest El Hilero (often called Cumbre) gave its name to the Holiday Villa. From here you also enjoy a magnificent spectacle of nature: The clouds often drift over the mountains just like a waterfall and then disperse.
The Holiday Villa was completed in spring 2013.
It offers a maximum of privacy. The Holiday Home on a 4,500m² property enchants with its impressing panoramic view of the Cumbre Nueva, the Birigoyo, the Aridane Valley and the sea.
The 300m² Holiday Villa offers high quality comfort
The Holiday House is tastefully furnished and decorated with loving attention to detail.
Natural shades accentuate the furnishing.
A wide, light flooded hallway with an original globular chandelier connects the kitchen, the living room as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is modern with a white furnishing with contrasting purple wall paintings.
Large worktops offers space for cooking and the glass cabinet is a nice eye-catcher.
The modern equipment goes along with a 3-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dish washer and a large fridge-freezer.
The light natural wood dining table seats up to 6 persons.
Like in all other rooms the Canary wood gable roof provides a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen window offers a view of the mountains and the unspoilt nature.
The Living Room is light and features a natural ambience
Two sofas are the perfect place to make yourself comfortable or watch TV.
In the corner there is a fireplace providing warmth and a touch of romance during the winter months.
The living room provides access to a south faced balcony as well as to a partially roofed terrace. A table with 6 chairs invites you to an open air dining.
Bedrooms
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed (1,50 x 2,00m) and provides access to the terrace. Therefore the room is light and friendly and offers a great view of the natural surrounding. The modern white-anthracite en suite bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and a wash basin with an elegant lightning.
Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (0,90 x 2,00m) are facing the rear side of the Holiday House and feature a simple furniture with wood and subdued colours.
Between the two bedrooms there is a shared bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin with a decorative mirror.
A staircase leads down to the ground floor. The fourth bedroom is located there. It is a perfect guest room or suitable for accompanying grandparents.
In case of a 6-people occupancy this room remains closed.
It has a double bed (1,50 x 2,00m), a sofa and a desk. This bedroom has a private entrance and is also accessible from outside.
A small bathroom with a shower and toilet is attached to the bedroom and there is a passage way to the indoor swimming pool.
The Highlights on the Ground Level are the Infrared Sauna and the heatable Indoor Swimming Pool ( 12 x 3 m)
You can always enjoy swimming in the pool, regardless if it is warm or cold outside.
The water is heated by a solar system.
During the cooler winter months the solar heating can be supplemented by an electric heating (at extra charge).
The large sun terrace right in front is perfect to relax on loungers and the other side of the terrace offers a beautiful lawn.
There is also a barbecue area with more sitting facilities. The entire property is fenced, parking is provided directly at the house.
