The holiday home in the village idyll is ideal for hikers

Casa La Era offers a perfect base for nature and hiking enthusiasts. The well-equipped house is located in La Rosa, on the upper edge of El Paso.
The house is set back from the road. You park on the street and walk about 60 to 80 meters to the house. La Rosa has a typical village feel; you will experience an authentic stay, surrounded by local families with their fruit and vegetable gardens. You can walk to the center of El Paso in about 10 minutes, where you will find a large supermarket as well as several restaurants and bars. On weekends, fresh local produce is sold in the market hall.

It is about a 20-minute drive to the beaches of Puerto Naos, Charco Verde, and Puerto de Tazacorte. You are also very close to the tunnel that connects the east and west sides of the beautiful Canary Island.

From the house, you have a wonderful view over the Aridane Valley and the impressive mountain ridge of the Caldera de Taburiente.

Casa La Era features great amenities

Right at the entrance of the house is the small living area underneath the staircase leading to the upper floor. The adjoining kitchen is very well equipped. A dining table for four people is situated right by the window.

The downstairs bedroom with two single beds features a large dressing room. Here you can very comfortably store your wardrobe, suitcases, hiking boots, etc. The corresponding bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and mirrored wall is spacious.

The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and offers a double bed and a small flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet is attached.

The conservatory on the upper floor is the highlight of the house; the panoramic view over the Aridane Valley and towards the mountains is particularly enchanting here. Through the large glass front, you have a view in three directions. You can see the rim of the Caldera, El Paso, and all the way down to the sea. Here you can sit together comfortably in the evenings, and in winter, it warms up pleasantly during the day.

Furnished terraces await you directly in front of and to the side of the house.

You can enjoy the Canarian weather on sun loungers and refresh yourself under the outdoor shower after a day of hiking. In front of the house is a cultivation plot where potatoes and other vegetables are planted. A medlar tree and a plum tree bloom at different times and bear fruit. In spring, the scent of orange blossoms is enchanting.

The windows and doors in the house are secured with insect screens to keep unwanted guests outside.
