The accommodation La Casita del Arco is very bright, with windows in all rooms and access to the panoramic terrace in the kitchen and living room.

There is a beautiful view over San Pedro to the sea. The top floor flat La Casita del Arco was completely renovated in February 2022. Please note that there is no lift in the building. All furnishings have been selected with great attention to detail. Thanks to good thermal insulation and double-glazed windows, the flat is well tempered and you don't get any noise of the small town inside the flat.

The living room is divided into a lounge area with a corner sofa and a dining area with an open kitchenette and a small counter as a separation.

By the way, the drinking water from the tap is of very good quality, so you don't have to buy plastic bottles. The kitchen is modernly equipped. The 38 sqm flat makes optimal use of the space and does not look small. 

The bedroom also has a window to the roof terrace and, in addition to the French bed, there is a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

The original bedside lamps were designed by the owner himself. A light well in the roof of the bathroom with shower/WC brightens up the room....

The highlight of the holiday flat is the private 40sqm terrace with two deckchairs on artificial grass and two armchairs with an aperitif table.

Of course, a parasol is not missing either. The washing machine is located in an extra room on the roof terrace.
