Jardin de Aridane
Small garden complex in the heart of the Aridane Valley with three flats for 2-4 people, a large communal pool and sea and mountain views.
El Hierro is a studio in the lower part of the main house, level with the pool
It has its own terrace of approx. 50 sqm with seating furniture, sun loungers and a hammock.
You enter the apt. through a hallway, from which two rooms lead off. The bathroom with shower and toilet and the main room, which is divided into living, sleeping, cooking and eating. The furnishings are simple but adequate.
The sleeping area has a double bed with two single mattresses (0.90x1.90m) - this area is separated from the rest of the room by a Spanish wall.
The openly integrated kitchenette with dining area for two is equipped for self-catering. In the adjoining living area there is a 2-seater sofa, a small bookcase with TV (incl. satellite TV and radio), a DVD/CD player and a coffee table with floor lamp. Internet access via Wifi is available.
A sliding door leads to the large, partly covered terrace.

The flat La Palma is the largest flat in the complex with two separate bedrooms
It has a terrace around the corner and a winter garden.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses á 0,90x1,90m), the second bedroom is very small, we recommend it for children, it has two single beds of the size 0,90x1,90m (with foot end). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
The open-plan fitted kitchen adjoining the living room is suitably equipped for self-catering.
In the living room there are two 2-seater sofas with coffee table, a small cupboard with books, a TV with satellite TV and integrated radio as well as a CD/DVD player.
Next to it is the access to the fully glazed conservatory, which can be opened on two sides. This is equipped with a dining table with four chairs and invites you to sit outside even in cooler temperatures. The apt. has wireless internet.
To the side of the conservatory is the terrace with table and four chairs, electric awning, panoramic side view, two sun loungers and a parasol.
There is a small room for the garden furniture on the side of the conservatory, which, together with the mirrored room for the Apt. La Gomera, separates the two terraces and provides the necessary privacy.

La Gomera is the 1-bedroom flat on the southern edge of the property, next to the La Palma flat
It is the only one with a pavilion on a side terrace, where the sun already shines in the morning for breakfast and from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.
The other terraces look out into the greenery.
La Gomera has a bedroom with a double bed (0.90x1.90m), a shower room with washbasin and toilet.
Furthermore, the accommodation offers an open, functionally furnished fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area and a living room with pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV with radio, DVD/CD player and small annexe row and a terrace, which is equipped with two sun loungers and electric awning.
There is a small room for the garden furniture at the side of the terrace which, together with the mirrored room for Apt. La Palma, separates the two terraces and thus provides the necessary privacy.

The small apartment complex Jardín de Aridane is situated on the sunny west side of the island, centrally located in the heart of the Aridane valley
It comprises a plot of approx. 2600 sqm with a landscaped garden, large solar-heated pool with pool terrace and beautiful views over the falling Aridane valley to the sea.
Two houses belong to the Jardín de Aridane:
A semi-detached house, single-storey, further to the left in the garden with two flats (bungalow halves) and the main house by or above the pool, where the owners live upstairs and the studio flat is downstairs.
The central location makes it easy to discover all corners of the island
Jardín de Aridane is situated in a quiet, sheltered location at approx. 500müM in a small settlement in Tajuya on the edge of the municipality of Los Llanos de Aridane.
The unique hiking area of the Caldera de Taburiente is within easy reach, as are the two largest beaches on the west side in Charco verde and Tazacorte (approx. 15min).
If you like to go for a stroll, you can reach Los Llanos in 5 minutes by car, where there is a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful plaza where you should definitely have a coffee in the morning to watch the hustle and bustle.
The nearest shop is the small Dos Pinos supermarket, just under 2km in the direction of Los Llanos. Two highly recommended restaurants - Franchipani and Carmen - are a good 15-minute walk away.
Spacious garden with aviary with cockatiels and dwarf parrots
The garden offers both sunny and shady spots.
Small paths lead you through the native flora with smaller and larger flowers, fruits and shrubs.
Tomatoes, avocados, nisperos and figs invite you to help yourself, depending on the season. There is also a small barbecue area in the garden.
The pool area gives a wonderful view of the surroundings.
The big plus is the swimming pool with 5x10m, pool cover and solar heating and the spacious terrace belonging to it with sufficient screened seating for the guests; sun loungers are not missing either.
