Bright, well-equipped house with a large, partially covered terrace and jacuzzy

The Heliocentro was given its name by its owner, a passionate amateur astrologer.

Today it still is a comfortable house, offering more space. It comprises a living room with glazed panoramic windows, a separate, comfortably equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The terrace provides access to the Holiday House through the winter garden salon.

Like for many other Canary-style architectures, the large, light wood gabled ceiling creates the basic character of the house. In the light living room you find two cosy sofas on the front side, small furniture as well as a flat screen-TV and a dining table with four chairs.

The living room provides access to the separate kitchen with a terrace-facing window.

The kitchen is well and fully equipped and leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The first bedroom after the kitchen has two single beds and a night table.

Next to this bedroom there is the main bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, where you also find another TV-set. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

The Outdoor Area features a small lovely arranged Garden

A Pergola is located in the center of the garden.

It makes a nice sitting area at the side of the Holiday House. Around the house the owners built a very spacious terrace with loungers at the top end and a gorgeous sea view. You can also enjoy playing badminton or having a barbecue.

The roofed terrace offers plenty of shade even during hot summer months.

The terrace also invites to enjoy open air dining. Below the Holiday House the landlord has planted fruit trees, which he loves to share with his guests. On the rear side of the Holiday House there is a separate outdoor guest toilet.
