Favorite place to stay for most vacationers is the winter garden with sea view

Finca Evamar includes a private strip of land with a house with veranda facing the sea in simple Canarian architectural style with beautiful blue facade.

At the far end of the property is an orchard from which guests can help themselves to their heart's content, depending on the state of the fruit. The sides of the house are terraced. The entire ground area directly around the house is covered with local pebble.

The front terrace offers a sunbathing area, a partially covered outdoor kitchen with a brick wood-burning stove, and a dining area for four.

Those who like to cool off a bit after sunbathing will be pleased with the available outdoor shower.

Over a few steps you reach the pool, this area can be closed by a gate.

The pool area is spacious with sun loungers and thanks to its glazing you can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the pool.

The covered terrace behind the house offers a fireplace for grilling as well as a wooden table with two benches.

In a separate laundry room guests will find the washing machine.

A nice place to stay is certainly the cozy conservatory, where the living and dining area is located.

Pleasant temperatures can be expected here even in winter.

The large window front offers a beautiful panorama with a view of the sea. On very hot summer days, blackout blinds prevent the room from heating up too much.

At the large dining table with cleverly placed under glass decoration one likes to sit together and enjoy the unobstructed view towards the coast.

High quality dark wood furniture was chosen to match the beautiful wooden roof. The two-seater sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Furthermore, there is a nice sitting/reading corner with two swinger armchairs and a side table as well as a flat screen TV with German channels.

Through the conservatory you enter the well-equipped kitchen whose center is a small table with four chairs.

The solid design continues here as well. A wooden bench and a nice chest complete the room.

In the back of the house are the two bedrooms, each with two twin beds placed together, and between them is the bathroom. 

The brick wall at the head of the master bedroom gives the room a very special flair. The view from the window is towards the outdoor kitchen.

The second bedroom has a spacious closet. The window overlooks the winter garden. The bathroom is very spacious and bright and again furnished with great attention to detail.
