El Polear

El Polear is in a secluded location below Puntagorda in the northwest of the island

It is divided into two levels: on the upper level is the pool, below is the residential house.

An unpaved driveway leads directly to the house, where there is also a private parking space. 

The house (approx. 75sqm living space) is surrounded by a terrace, which enjoys the sun from late morning.

In a seperate cottage, which has large sliding glass doors facing the sea, there is a great dining area as well as a spacious barbecue area including an outdoor kitchen.

Behind the barbecue house, there is a jacuzzy in a sheltered location since the summer of 2023. In front of it is a small table with 2 chairs with a wonderful view of the sea and almost the untouched nature of the northwest coast.-

You enter the house through the large, bright living room.

A comfortable couch is located opposite the well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob with four plates, as well as an oven and a large fridge-freezer. Connected to the kitchen is a narrow marble table.

A large flat-screen TV with German channels is opposite the couch on a sideboard, and there is additional crockery in the cabinet next to it.

In the living room air condition with heating function ensures pleasant temperatures even in winter.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom lead off the living room.

One bedroom has a queensbed, the other 2 single beds. The small bathroom is equipped with shower/WC, WB with vanity unit and a washing machine.

The 6x6m pool with beautiful mosaic tiles offers a wonderful view. On the pool terrace there are 4 sun loungers, a parasol and a small bistro table.

Here you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view.
