El Polear
El Polear is a beautiful Canarian house in a secluded locationat approx. 570müM below Puntagorda
The private pool is located on a separate level above the house and offers a magnificent view of the northwest coast.
A covered barbecue invites to a cosy get-together. From here you can enjoy the sunset in the evening with a good meal and a glass of Palmerian wine.
El Polear is in a secluded location below Puntagorda in the northwest of the island
The 18,000 sqm plot is divided into two levels: the pool is on the upper level and the house below.
A driveway leads directly to the house, where there is also a private parking space. The rest of the plot is used for fruit and vegetable cultivation. The entrance area of the house is beautifully planted.
In a purpose-built cottage, which is open to the sea side, there is a great dining area for 6-8 people as well as a spacious barbecue area including an outdoor kitchen.
From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea while eating; a perfect place to enjoy the sunset as well.
Due to its location, El Polear is well suited for observing the night sky
There is little disturbing external light that would negatively affect stargazing.
The house itself (approx. 75sqm living space) is surrounded by a terrace, which is in the sun from late morning.
At a table with two chairs you can enjoy the view of the unspoiled nature of the northwest coast.
You enter the house through the large, bright kitchen-living room.
Two sofas are grouped together with a reading lamp to form a cosy living area. There are plenty of books on the shelves for the guests to enjoy.
An air conditioner with heating function and another heater ensure pleasant temperatures even in winter.
A large flat-screen TV with German programmes is in the opposite cabinet.
The well-equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob with four plates as well as an oven and a large fridge-freezer combination.
Attached to the kitchen is a marble table with four chairs.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom lead off the living room.
The small bathroom has a shower/WC, vanity unit and washing machine.
A paved path leads to the pool level above the house
Around the 6x6m pool there is space for sun loungers.
Here you can relax to your heart's content and enjoy the sun and the view.
Puntagorda is ideal for excursions to the north of La Palma and to the highest point of the island, the Roque de Los Muchachos.
