The two well-maintained apartments, El Monte 1 and 2, are situated on the outskirts of Los Llanos. The nearby town of Los Llanos offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to walk down to the town; the walk back up takes a little longer due to the incline. We therefore recommend hiring a car, despite the proximity to the town, so that you can explore all aspects of the island.

El Monte 1 has 1 bedroom, El Monte 2 has 2 bedrooms. The two halves of the house are therefore also ideal for a holiday with friends.

The apartments can be joined together if required, accommodating up to 6 people.

El Monte 1 is the first of the two apartments. This light-filled flat features a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The highlight is the very large terrace, part of which is raised. From there, you can enjoy the view from comfortable lounge furniture or sun loungers.

El Monte 2
El Monte 2
El Monte 2 is the rear of the two apartments. It has a completely separate entrance via a staircase.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2025 and now has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have satellite TV.

The windows have insect screens and can be blacked out.

On the terrace, an awning provides shade when required.
