The small complex Villas Casa Cerca, on an 8,000 m² plot in San Nicolás de Las Manchas, comprises four equally sized, independent holiday homes.
We have the four houses Cerca Verde, Cerca Azul, Cerca Roja and Cerca Amarilla on offer. Behind the house, the mountain panorama forms a spectacular backdrop.
The cooled lava flow of the Tajogaite volcano, which erupted in 2021, passes directly by the terrace of the house. You can reach the house via the newly built road that leads through the volcanic river.
A well-maintained communal pool is at your disposal.
Cerca Amarilla in San Nicolás
All rooms have their own colour concept and therefore each room has its own flair.
Cerca Amarilla has three bedrooms. Furniture in rustic Canarian style and matching wall decorations complete the overall picture. The bedroom with a double bed also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and WC and is located between the two bedrooms.
In the spacious living room with its Canarian wooden gable roof there is a fireplace. Two sofas invite you to spend a cosy evening in front of the TV or by the fireplace. There is also a small reading corner.
The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area.
From the kitchen, a door leads to the rear terrace, where there is also a barbecue. The semi-open kitchen is well equipped and has a ceramic hob, an oven, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A large wooden dining table seats six people. From the living room, you have direct access to the west-facing, partially covered and furnished terrace. You can enjoy the beautiful view on the small sunbathing area with sun loungers.
The communal pool with sun terrace on the grounds of the complex is at your disposal at any time.
