Casa A is the right house on the property and offers 70 sqm of living space as well as its own covered terrace with lounge furniture.

The private garden is also beautiful, offering a shady spot with a fantastic view thanks to a large poplar tree.

The living area was furnished with new sofas in 2017 and leads to the dining area with integrated kitchenette.

Off this are the two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and the small bathroom with shower/WC. The bedrooms have electric, permanently installed radiators.

Casa Bejenado B

Casa B is the left house on the property and offers 80 sqm of living space.

The special feature is the small conservatory with lounge furniture in front of the living room.

In addition, there is a large terrace with table and chairs as well as sun loungers.

The unobstructed view of the Aridane valley and the Atlantic Ocean is unique.

The large living area has a cosy fireplace, around which a sofa and two armchairs are grouped. The bathroom has a small shower bath and toilet as well as a washbasin with vanity unit and large mirror.

The bedrooms have heating and have a double bed and two single beds.

Casa Bejenado C

Casa C is the smallest of the houses with 55 sqm living space and has its entrance at the back of Casa B.

The small private partly covered terrace offers an unobstructed beautiful view of the sea.

The combined living/dining area is simply furnished with a sofa and a dining area for 2 people. The kitchenette is well equipped. The colourful bathroom has shower/WC.

Casa Bejenado D

Casa Bejenado D is the new, smallest cottage in the pretty finca complex above the Aridane Valley.

It was completed in spring 2019 and appeals to holidaymakers on a budget, without compromising on aesthetics and a minimum of comfort.

It has a pretty terrace at the front facing the valley with a fantastic view, a seating area with parasol and an extension along the side of the house where the two sun loungers are located.

The house is entered via this terrace and has two rooms and a bathroom.

In the first room, medias in res, is the living area, with sofa, table and TV, followed by the dining area and, at the head, the pretty light fitted kitchen. Via the hallway, from which the shower room leads off to the right, you enter the bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The window faces southwest with a magnificent view of the Cumbre and the side foothills of the valley. As soon as the first rays of sun peek over the mountain range, they shine into the cottage.
