Casa Verde

Casa Verde is completely surrounded by a wall and on the south side is the large entrance portal

If it is fully opened, you can enter with the rental car and you can also park directly in front of the house.

A glass door provides direct access to the living room which is equipped with two comfortable new sofas, a coffee table, some small furniture and a satellite TV.

From the living room you have access to the separate kitchen, it is well equipped and has access to the terrace.

The kitchen has a gas cooker (4 burners) with oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and all the necessary electronic appliances.

There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.

Next to the kitchen, also accessible from the living room, is the master bedroom which has a French bed (1.45 x 1.90 m), a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe for clothes. 

A cot is available. From the bedroom you can also access the terrace and the swimming pool is only two steps away.

The living room leads to the bathroom and the second bedroom.

The new bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. All the furniture in the house is made of pine.

Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue, a large seating area and various smaller seating areas, as well as a parasol.

2 sun loungers are available. The pool is small, about 3x3m and rather intended for a summer cooling.

A washing machine is available for guests.

Please note:

• Bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation. Please bring your own beach towels.
• The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rules for use and coexistence for accommodation

• Due to the environment in which the house is located, annoying and noisy activities that interrupt and disturb the calm and rest of the neighbouring neighbours are not allowed, particularly at night.
• Visits from other people outside the reserve are not allowed.
• Please take care of the furniture and installations.
