On 48m² Casa Tio Juan comprises a bedroom, a living room and a fitted kitchen as well as a small bathroom

The typical Canary wood gabled roof has been preserved in all rooms creating a cosy atmosphere.

A country-style furnishing adds a rustic touch. Right at the large living room window you find a couch that can be used a sofa bed. Right opposite there is a small TV.  The fitted kitchenette in the living area is well equipped, the dining table seats four.

Bedroom and bathroom are located in the rear of the Holiday House. 

In the bedroom there are two pushed together single beds (each 0,90 x 2,00m) and a spacious wardrobe. Looking out of the window you enjoy a view of the sea and the rugged northwest coast. The bathroom features an over shower, a toilet, a bidet and a wash basin.

In front of the Holiday House you find a small a roofed terrace with a table and two chairs – a beautiful place for gathering together and enjoy the view of the west coast down to the ocean.

The garden is lovingly arranged with flowers and shrubs that add a touch of colour to the property. Right in front of the Holiday House you find a large area for sunbathing with two sun loungers. At the back of the House there is a small vegetable and herb garden.

A little below there is the Casa Nicol, which you can also book with us, in case you like to spend your holiday together with friends and are looking for two Holiday Houses situated next to each other.
