Casa Romana is surrounded by nature - a dream for peace seekers and amateur astronomers

The view is beautiful, you look out over the village to the sea.

The very stylish and well-equipped house has two floors: 

- upstairs there is a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds together and a bathroom with shower and WC. 

On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, a lounge with a desk for teleworking and a bathroom.

There is no kitchen downstairs, the apartments are not rented separately. You have both floors at your disposal, even as a couple, and always enjoy undisturbed privacy.

On chilly winter nights, you can spend romantic evenings by the fireplace on the upper floor.

The washing machine is located in a separate room.

The outdoor area offers idyllic terraces

From the upper living room and bedroom, you can access the balcony with a wonderful view. The kitchen leads onto a romantic terrace surrounded by greenery with a stone bench, rustic wooden table and a small seating area with lounge furniture. The barbecue is also located here.

On the lower level there is a very large terrace with sun loungers and fantastic views over Puntagorda to the sea.
