Casa Petrilla is a very well equipped holiday bungalow with a spacious, comfortable outdoor area

The owners know what holidaymakers need and want and have furnished and equipped their holiday home accordingly – nothing is missing.

On 110 sqm of living space, there is a large living/dining room with the main terrace at the front, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The living area is light-flooded, friendly and open. It has both air conditioning and central heating.

The comfortable couch overlooks the garden through the panoramic window opposite. 

Media entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with German programmes, wireless internet and a BlueRay generation DVD player.  At the far end of the salon is the cosy dining area for six, lined with two picture windows and a sideboard.

A wide archway leads into the semi-open kitchen, which is fitted on both sides with built-in cupboards and high-quality appliances. A dishwasher is of course included. You can also step outside from the kitchen via a patio door.

The two bedrooms – each with a radiator – have double beds with high-quality mattresses and large wardrobes.

Valuables can be locked away in the safe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and two washstands, window, towel dryer, hair dryer and wall heating. There is also a guest toilet. 

Outside there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
