Casa Molina combines Canarian traditional construction with discreet, modern furnishings.
From the driveway, where you can park your car, you go directly to the spacious common outdoor area.
Thanks to the large palm trees, this offers both shady and sunny spots and a very special flair.
The garden on the property is lovingly planted, also with some fruit trees.
The holiday home is in typical Canarian style with beautiful wooden ceilings and floorboards. The living area has a skylight which does not open and a three-quarter glazed door.
The bedroom has no window but also has the glazed door with curtain. Both rooms have direct access to the outside. The bathroom and kitchen each have windows with a view to the outside. The house has recently been modernised and lovingly refurnished.
The small bathroom with shower tray and toilet is on the far right. From there you enter the cosy bedroom with two single beds standing together and a large wardrobe.
Additional light sources bring light into the house and form a nice contrast to the dark wooden beams.
The wall of the bedroom, as is typical for these houses, does not go up to the open wooden gable roof, which means that acoustically there is no separation from the living room. This, however, creates a particularly nice feeling of space.
The living room was painted white and thus appears large, bright and friendly.
A small sofa, a flat screen TV, a reading lamp, a glass cabinet and shelves embedded in the wall complete the room.
The living area leads directly into the small kitchen. A dining table with two chairs can be placed here in case the weather is not suitable for breakfast on the terrace.
The terrace with its beautiful veranda is a wonderful place to relax.
To the side of the house is a covered barbecue area with a small wooden table and two chairs.
