Casa Mica is perfect for families but also for couples. The ground floor comfortably sleeps up to 4 persons and the apartment on the upper floor sleeps 2 more persons and can be additionally booked (for an additional charge) if required. In order to secure your privacy the apartment is not rented separately. Two befriended couples can also rent both floors and accommodate two persons each on the ground and upper floor.
Casa Mica is also suitable for a long term rental, in case you decide to spend the winter months or summer months in La Palma.
Sunny Holiday House near the coast
Casa Mica comprises a large apartment on the ground floor and a separate apartment on the upper floor.
The ground floor apartment offers space for up to 4 persons and the upper floor for another 2 persons.
The upstairs apartment is not rented separately, but only together with the main apartment downstairs.
Casa Mica is perfectly suitable for a family or two couples. Due to the fact that downstairs there is only 1 bedroom with a double bed, we recommend for 2 couples also to book the upstairs apartment. For up to 4 persons the ground floor of the house is opened. If your group of 3 or 4 persons prefers to use the entire house please enter '5 persons' on the booking form.
All downstairs rooms have been fully renovated in 2014 and newly designed
The 80m2 living space on the ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms of which 1 has a double bed and 2 have 1 single bed each. There is also a home office, a bathroom and a living room with an attached kitchen.
Wooden window shutters with beautiful incidents of light make a nice eye catcher. All rooms have a decent and stylish decoration with colour accents.
The home office is a nice small room to enjoy privacy or a game of chess. Many books are available for your holiday reading. The living area provides a direct access to the garden.
Next to the dining table in the living area two stairs lead to the kitchen, which is equipped with new electronic appliances and all necessary utensils. A separate storage room provides plenty of space for you provisions.
Right in front of the house you enjoy a lovely arranged garden and a lawn for sunbathing as well as a roofed barbecue area. You also can enjoy your breakfast on the front terrace.
In 2019 the private pool (5 x 2,5m) was built it is beautiful embedded in a wooden terrace with veranda surrounded by a banana plantacíon.
Separate Upstairs Apartment with Roof Terrace
The 38m² apartment on the upper floor has a living room with a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The spacious 30m² roof terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the west coast and the surrounding banana plantations.
The roof terrace is also available for the guests of the downstairs apartment, even if the apartment has not been booked.
The living room is furnished with 2 cosy television armchairs, a sideboard with a flat screen television and a dining table with 3 chairs.
The kitchenette is well and modern equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge-freezer and a microwave oven.
Enjoy a nice sea view from your bedroom window. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a large closet with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The bathroom has a wash hand basin, a shower, a bidet and a toilet as well as a small window.
