Casa Luque offers 70 square metres of living space for four people and a baby

The living room overlooks the beautifully landscaped garden and the sea.

The largest room is divided into a living area with two sofas and a built-in wall opposite, including a flatscreen TV, and the kitchen/dining area with a small but well-equipped built-in kitchen and dining table with four chairs. There is air conditioning in the living area, which ensures pleasant temperatures on particularly hot or cool days.

The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs.

The garden around the terrace, which faces the sea, has been planted with tall shrubs to provide adequate privacy for guests. Sun loungers and a parasol make for a perfect oasis of calm and, depending on the time of day, there are always sunny and shady spots.

To the back of the house, the beautiful ridge of the caldera juts out and to the front, there is a very beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Both bedrooms face the mountain side of the house and offer guests beds with high sleeping comfort thanks to quality mattresses.

The master bedroom with the double bed also has air conditioning (cool and warm).

The bathroom is tubular and equipped with shower, WC and bidet. The washing machine is located in an extra room.
