Canary Country Holiday House with Natural Stone Walls and Garden

Casa Las Pareditas is a typical Canary Country House with beautiful natural stone walls and a original preserved tea-wood ceiling. 

On 85m² the Holiday Home sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child. The Living Room is also the Entrance Area.

It comprises a reading corner with a cosy recliner and a floor lamp as well as a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs with a flat screen TV.  

The living area is connected to all other rooms. There you also find a small stereo system with Bluetooth, USB, CD player and radio. A separate kitchen offers a small dining table with three chairs and a well equipped kitchenette. 

The bathroom is located next to the living area and has a shower with a large shower head, a toilet, a bidet and heated towel rails. The washing machine is located outside the house.

The two bedrooms are not acoustically separated from each other, as the walls of both rooms are opened up to the beautiful wood gabled roof.

In order to access the bedroom with the two single beds you have to pass through the single bedroom first. Thus, a three-person occupancy is ideal for a small family.

Living room and the small bedroom are equipped with a split unit (conditioning/heating). Therefore, even at this altitude, there is no need to feel cold in winter or hot in summer.

Around the Holiday House a well maintained garden has been arranged with small pebble stones and pathways, in the back you find an untouched, natural area.

The garden provides a marvellous view of the valley and the mountain ridge. Two loungers with cushions are available for sunbathing and there is also a table with four chairs. In the back of the house you find a roofed barbecue area with an outdoor sink. The privat heated pool was built in 2018 and complete the holiday feeling.
