Casa La Majada is located in the middle of a picturesque lava landscape and has a favourable climate at only 312m above sea level.
Casa La Majada is a pretty, single-storey Canarian country house in Las Norias at only 312müM, which is divided into two halves: Casa La Majada A and Casa La Majada B.
It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac - some distance from other houses.
It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac - at some distance from other houses - embedded in the picturesque landscape of the San Juan lava flow (eruption 1949), which pours down to Puerto Naos. The cooled lava flow of the Tajogaite volcano, which erupted in 2021, passes directly by the terrace of the house. You can reach the house via the newly built road that leads through the volcanic river.
Nearby is the recommended grill restaurant "Las Norias". Further restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in the towns of Los Llanos and Villa de Tazacorte. The beach of Puerto de Tazacorte is about 15-20 minutes away. We strongly recommend a rental car!
As the pool is not suitable for small children and is not secured, we do not recommend the accommodation for families with babies and/or small children.
Both have an approximate living space of 60 square metres and are well equipped for 2 people.
The large covered terrace is divided by a screen wall. Overall, this is a very lovingly and conscientiously maintained accommodation.
In order to give as many guests as possible the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful complex, no particular flat is promised per se.
The flats each have a bedroom with two single beds, high-quality stable mattresses and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is bright and friendly with a large window; equipped with a shower, toilet, washstand and sufficient storage space. The living rooms are also flooded with light due to the direct access to the terrace and another window.
The beautiful Canarian wooden gable roofs create a cosy ambience. A leather couch with a floor lamp and coffee table make up the living area, and the flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite.
The well-equipped kitchenette is complemented by a dining table under the window with two chairs.
The large communal pool is a salt water pool with a beautiful view down to the sea and up to the mountain range including the volcano. The outdoor shower was built of lava stone to match.
Both terrace areas are equipped with two sun loungers and a table with three chairs. A barbecue is available to both parties. The temperatures are always pleasant in this location, so that you can enjoy your meals outside.
