The center of Puntagorda with many shopping facilities is located within a short walking distance.
The peaceful oasis in the rural area of Puntagorda offers a partially covered terrace, a barbecue area, a viewpoint and a fish pond. Next to the fireplace you can make yourselves comfortable on cool winter evenings.

The center of Puntagorda is 1 - 1,5 km from the Holiday House, a short walk from the the restaurants in the area.
The Holiday House has a charming hillside location and is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Befriended couples can spend their holidays in separate houses.
Puntagorda offers many typical Canary restaurants and bars as well as a German Bakery and a public swimming pool, which is open during Summer months.
You also find shopping facilities in Puntagorda: two small supermarkets, a whole food store and the farmer's market 'Mercandillo de Puntagorda", where local products (fruits, vegetable, meat, bread and craft products) are offered on weekends.
Puntagorda is a must of nature lovers! There are many different hiking trails. The highest point of the island, the Roque de los Muchachos, is only 30-45 hiking minutes from the Holiday House.
The former port of Puntagorda has a seawater pool, but there is no beach. In summer there is a public swimming pool at the sea. The next sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte is 35 driving minutes from Casa. Puerto de Tazacorte is located within 35 minutes and Los Llanos de Aridane, the largest town on the west side of La Palma, 45 minutes.
A long driveway with plants and colourful flowering shrubs on both sides leads directly to the Holiday House
In front of the house you find a terrace covered with palm fronds and a beautiful stone bench, a table and two chairs.
There is another small seating area directly in front of the house so that you can always choose between a sunny and shady place. The terrace directly in front of the house is covered and equipped with a large seating area. Sufficient sunbathing space has been created around the private pool.
In the back of the Holiday House you find a roofed barbecue area with a dining table.
A small pond with water plants makes a pretty, green oasis. Next to the pond there are two loungers and on one side you find an outdoor shower. Enjoy the view of the natural landscape down to the Atlantic Ocean.
A small path through the garden leads to a private Mirador (lookout point), from where you can enjoy watching the stars on La Palma's night sky.
The House comprises 60m² living space and sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
All rooms feature a typical Canary wood gabled ceiling creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The wooden entrance door opens into the living-/dining area. The windows on top of the door flood the interior with light. There is one wall in living room entirely made of natural stone. In the corner there are a fire place and a two-seater couch with two chairs as well as a wooden chest with a flat-screen TV.
The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, that is equipped for self-catering.
In the center of the room you find a dining area for 4 persons, that is perfect, in case the weather does not allow outdoor dining.
In the back of the Holiday House you find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
The cosy main bedroom has a double bed (1,80 x 2,00m), a large wardrobe, a wooden chest as well as a sitting area in a window recess from where you enjoy a beautiful sea view.
In the second bedroom you find a single bed (0,90x2,00m) with a rollaway bed (for a child), two chests of drawers as well as a small desk. The friendly bathroom has a shower.
