Location and surroundings

Casa Gudrun is located in Tajuya, a district of Los Llanos de Aridane. Its magnificent location on a hill at the end of a residential road offers unparalleled views.

To the west, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, while behind you rise the mountains of Cumbre and Bejenado. To the side, you have an exciting view of the island's recent history: the lava flow of the new Tajogaite volcano.

You are surrounded by impressive nature with numerous opportunities for hiking, excursions and discoveries – from the green interior of the island to the coast.

Los Llanos, with its wide range of shopping, strolling and dining options, is just a few minutes' drive away. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are also about 15 minutes away by hire car.

Casa Gudrun is comfortable and flooded with light

The cosy living area with Canarian wooden ceiling and colourful accents creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Light rattan furniture adds a Mediterranean flair. In front of the large window in the lounge is a seating area with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. At the rear is the dining table with seating for 6 people.

Large windows and glass doors allow the Canarian light to flood into all rooms. The living room has direct access to the partially covered terrace at the side. 

The separate kitchen is located at the rear of the house. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances and a gas stove and offers plenty of work space. 

 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Casa Gudrun has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds, which can also be pushed together. 

Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and access to the west-facing terrace.

The bathroom belonging to the master bedroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The washing machine is also located there.

Another bathroom is accessible from the hallway. It has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The outdoor area fulfils all your holiday wishes 

The private swimming pool and pool terrace with unique views are the highlight of the house. Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to relax. Part of the terrace is covered and sheltered from the wind, while the pool terrace offers sunshine.

Barbecue enthusiasts will enjoy the brick barbecue and outdoor sink.
