The three individual holiday flats are very homely and comfortably furnished.
The spacious outdoor area offers cosy corners, a swimming pool, a boules court, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large terrace with a view. The location is perfect for all kinds of activities.
Flat Centauro offers a lot of space and high living comfort on 75 sqm
It is the largest and most beautiful of the three flats and has two balconies.
The living room is flooded with light through large windows. In one part of the L-shaped room there is a very comfortably furnished living area with couch, reading chair and footstool.
In front of it is the spacious terrace with midday sun and views over the Aridane valley and to the sea.
A 50" flat screen TV and a radio-CD system with USB Bluetooth provide entertainment, wifi interent is of course also available. The centre of the open-plan fitted kitchen is the dining area for four people.
Sliding glass doors open onto the terrace in front.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has plenty of cooking utensils, a gas cooker and a dishwasher.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with back-friendly mattresses, a built-in wardrobe offers space for the wardrobe.
The bedroom opens directly onto a balcony with morning sun and very beautiful views of the Cumbre mountain ridge. On the other side of the room is a very spacious en-suite bathroom.

You enter the well-kept holiday flat for two people (47m²) via the terrace and get into a spacious living room with integrated kitchenette, breakfast bar and a comfortable couch corner.
Walls and furnishings are kept in warm colours and spread a holiday atmosphere. Diagonally opposite the cosy corner couch (which can also be used as a sofa bed) is a TV with flat screen and satellite TV.
Musical entertainment is also provided: a music system with radio/CD with USB access is available. Internet access via wifi interent is available, as is a rental safe for your valuables.
The open kitchen is very well equipped.
The counter with two bar stools serves as a room divider and as a dining area for days when you don't want to eat outside.
The bedroom faces east and is equipped with a double bed with very good cold foam mattresses.
A spacious built-in wardrobe provides space for the holiday wardrobe. The large bathroom has a shower and WC.

Flat Ballena (45sqm) is the smallest and most economic of the flats
It has a separate bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
It is very comfortably furnished for two people. A well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob and dishwasher adjoins the entrance area.
A small dining area for two people is attached in case you can't eat on the balcony.
A comfortable couch (can also be used as a sofa bed) is available for cosy evenings, plus: a new digital SAT-TV / 42" flat screen with USB/Smart-View/NetlixApp. Music can be listened to via the TV.
The bedroom is equipped with a French double bed with good cold foam mattresses and a built-in wardrobe.
The spacious bathroom has a shower/WC. The balcony offers a very nice view of the Cumbre.
It is furnished with a small table, two chairs and a parasol.

Casa Estrella offers three individual, comfortably furnished non-smoking flats, each suitable for two people
Casa Estrella is a lovingly managed, very well maintained complex on the outskirts of Los Llanos at the climatically mild altitude of only 360 metres above sea level.
The small complex is also perfect for befriended couples who want to spend their holidays together, but still with privacy. Unfortunately, neither children nor pets can come along.
The maximum rental period for the flats is four weeks, they are not available for long-term rentals.
Bikers can use a garage to store or repair their bikes, but the bikes may not be taken into the flats. The entire property is fenced, and there are parking spaces on the premises.
All three flats are individually designed and equipped
- Flat Andrómeda has its own entrance and a beautiful terrace in the garden.
- Flat Ballena and Apartment Centauro are located on the first floor of the building, below which the owners live.
- Ballena has a balcony with mountain views.
- Centauro, the largest flat, has two balconies, one facing east and one facing south-west.

- Bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation. Please bring your own beach towels.
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
