The spacious holiday villa Dianayer with pool in Los Barros impresses with its wonderful panoramic view and the climatically favourable location above Los Llanos.
This region is relatively well protected from the winds of the north-east trade wind, which often blow from the Cumbre over the Valle de Aridane. Casa Dianayer is located in the preferred residential area of Los Barros on the outskirts of the village, only about 600m from the Mirador de La Cancelita viewpoint, on the outer flank of the Caldera de Taburiente.
Los Llanos is only 2km away with its many shopping possibilities, bars, restaurants, picturesque alleys and the beautiful plaza in the centre. From the house you can reach the popular Balcón de Taburiente lookout restaurant in 10 minutes on foot. The nearest large sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte is only about 8km away.
Casa Dianayer was completely renovated in 2021 and offers approx. 135 sqm of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six people. For two, it is an extremely spacious holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is situated on a slope and is surrounded by several terraces at different heights.
On the top terrace is the pool with a beautifully landscaped area for sunbathing and relaxing. A special highlight of Casa Dianayer is the large outdoor kitchen with barbecue made entirely of natural stone, as well as a viewing terrace with lounge furniture on the roof of the outdoor kitchen.

The light-flooded living area of Casa Dianayer is on the first floor, stairs lead up to the entrance of the house from the outside.
You enter the house and go straight into the open kitchen. It offers plenty of work space and is bright and very well equipped.your groceries will find space in a separate storage room.
Opposite the kitchen is the large dining table for six people in the living area.
There is also a fireplace at the dining table. In front of it is a terrace with a small stone seating area. The living area is equipped with full air conditioning. In front of the comfortable 3-seater couch is a flat screen TV.
Between the kitchen and the living room, a corridor leads to the bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, the other two have French beds. The bedrooms are also equipped with air-conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The two bathrooms are spacious with floor-level showers and WC.
On the level below the living area is a garage that is occasionally used by the owners.
On the same level as the living area, opposite the entrance, there is a beautiful bodega with a long table, barbecue and outdoor kitchen.
It is completely covered with lava stone and allows sitting outside sheltered from the wind even in less good weather, with a magnificent view. On the roof is a viewing area with comfortable lounge furniture, from which you can best enjoy the evening light on the opposite cumbre.
Behind the house, another staircase leads to the pool level.
The pool with skin-friendly salt water treatment is located in the centre of a spacious and very tastefully designed lounge area with sun loungers and benches. Here you can relax, sunbathe and unwind. For those who want to exercise, there are two fitness machines. There is another bathroom on this level, as well as a fridge for drinks.
From all levels you can enjoy fantastic views of the Aridane valley, the sea and the mountains and recently also of the new volcano.
Casa Dianayer offers its guests a high level of living comfort, and its central location in the Aridane Valley makes it a perfect starting point for all kinds of activities. A rental car is definitely required.
