Successful mix of tradition and modernity

The house was built in 2008, but contains very beautiful stylistic elements of the old Canarian architecture: a Canarian wooden gable roof spans all the rooms. The use of beautiful old wooden windows, which harmonise perfectly with the modern furnishings, is very successful. The house was completely refurnished and equipped in December 2023.

The spacious living area has a cosy sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a small desk - ideal for anyone who wants to be productive during their stay.

A satellite TV with flat screen is available for your entertainment and thanks to the fast fibre optic connection, the house is also suitable for "workation". The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.

The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and cafeteria. There is also a washing machine.

Fantastic views and comfort

The house is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling so that you feel comfortable at any time of year.

From inside and even more so from outside, you have fantastic views of the Atlantic and the mountains. In the evenings you can enjoy unique sunsets - pure relaxation is guaranteed.

The outdoor area is designed with a concrete terrace next to the house, a pergola on the side to provide shade, a brick barbecue and an area with sun loungers in front of the terrace.

You can park directly to the side of the house.

The property is surrounded by a light fence to prevent uninvited visitors such as goats from entering.
