Casa de la Playa is located directly by the sea!
The old-Canarian house "Casa de La Playa" has been lovingly renovated and offers 72 sqm of living space for 4 people and a baby.
The holiday home is sheltered in the small bay in "El Fuerte" between the towns of Los Cancajos and Santa Cruz de La Palma. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is unique.
There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. You do not necessarily need a rental car.
To the left, you can see the capital from the terrace, which is only 25 minutes away on foot (the beach Playa Bajamar is only 15 minutes away). So you can visit Santa Cruz with its good restaurants and bars in the historic old town without a car. Los Cancajos is also less than 30 minutes away – the resort offers a large beach and various activities, such as diving or astrotourism. Bicycles (with and without motor) are available for rent.
The highlight is the 40 sqm roof terrace with a view of the sea, Santa Cruz and the stars
In Casa de la Playa you can see the sea and the cliffs of the bay from the kitchen table!
You can grill fresh fish from the market hall in Santa Cruz on the terrace directly by the sea. Here you look out onto the small pebble beach "El Fuerte", via a staircase on the street you can walk down to the beach. In Casa de la Playa you experience the sea very close.
Casa de la Playa (the larger of the two) can be connected to the house next door (La Palma holiday house Casa del Mar) via the courtyard and is thus suitable for up to 7 people + 2 small children.
Casa del la Playa was built in the early 20th century and stylishly renovated a few years ago
The beautiful location directly on the ocean, between the capital Santa Cruz and the resort Los Cancajos, is unique.
A small bay with a stone beach and steps is directly below the house. You can reach Santa Cruz de La Palma or Los Cancajos in 20-30 minutes on foot. The house is situated directly above the surf of the Atlantic. A small gate leads directly to the road that leads to the beach.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the sea, the harbour and Santa Cruz!
The highlight is the large private roof terrace with lounge character, a sofa made of wooden pallets and a table.
From here you can look out over Santa Cruz and in the evening into the starry sky.
A private patio offers a nice place to sit outside and have breakfast while listening to the sound of the sea. You can sunbathe undisturbed on two sun loungers.
Casa de la Playa is decorated in blue and petrol tones in maritime vintage style and has been lovingly restored with taste.
You enter the house via the kitchen. A small counter separates the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area, which is nicely situated by the window overlooking the sea. The dining table is nicely decorated with sand and shells under a glass top.
A small hallway leads to the bedroom, the living/sleeping area and the bathroom with shower/WC. All rooms are separately accessible and separated from each other with doors.
The large living area is furnished with partly antique furniture and objects and has a beautiful wooden floor.
The pull-out sofa bed can accommodate up to two more people. The separate bedroom is furnished with a French bed. Original wood-look tiles give the bathroom a special touch and you also have a beautiful view of the sea from the bathroom.
