Casa Bruno is a well-kept, light-flooded holiday home with a garden and a spacious swimming pool
The house is situated at an altitude of only 287 metres in the district Las Norias on the west side of La Palma.
The accommodation offers a wide view from the terraces to the atlantic ocean, but also to the mountain ranges behind.
The spaceous pool has a special solar cover that ensures pleasant bathing temperatures almost all year round.
Casa Bruno is comfortably equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four adults and a small child.
The property is enclosed. A garage for the rental car is available.
Note: A little below the house runs the road towards Puerto Naos, you might hear driving noises on the terrace, but not inside the house.
Casa Bruno is a wonderful holiday home in a prime climatic location
It offers a lot of space and comfort on a large, terraced plot with garden and private pool, and that undisturbed, because there are no direct neighbours.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and the living room are distributed on approx. 130 sqm of living space.
All rooms are on one floor and have windows and/or patio doors to the outside.
The terraces are arranged around the house and always offer the right spot for relaxing, reading, eating and communal activities from morning sun to sunset.
The living room is the largest room, divided into a living and a dining area.
Straight ahead, two fully opening sliding glass doors lead to the partially covered main terrace with beautiful views of Las Norias and the Atlantic Ocean.
In front of the living room is the very well equipped kitchen with large built-in fronts and all electrical kitchen appliances.
An additional dining area for two is located at the window, next to it a door leads to the breakfast terrace. From this terrace, the stairs also lead down to the large garden with pool.
The bedrooms are conveniently located separately and each has its own bathroom.
Therefore, you can have a wonderful holiday here with friends or with the older child/children.
Both bedrooms are well equipped and have new mattresses (as of 2019).
The large murals are individual and particularly beautiful, with their floral motifs adding a colourful accent to the rooms, which are otherwise kept in calm, light tones.
The daylight bathrooms (partially renovated) have showers, washstands, mirrors, hairdryers and WCs.
All rooms are bright, friendly and modernly furnished, infrared panel heaters are available in each room in case it gets chilly.
In the entrance hallway there is a small room with the washing machine. At the main terrace in front of the house, a narrow staircase leads down to a brick barbecue. The gardener comes once a fortnight and the pool cleaner once a week.
