Casa Arecida

Casa Arecida is a pretty stone house, which offers two beautiful terraces outside and a small green oasis as a garden, an ideal place to relax

The approx. 68 sqm living space offers room for 2 people, a child travelling with you can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.

The living area, with a large flat-screen TV on the wall, is separated from the bright dining area and the kitchenette by a small wall. 

There is room for four at the dining table, and a floor lamp next to the two windows provides an additional source of light. 

The kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a counter with three stools. The kitchenette is quite small and rather functionally equipped.

A ceramic hob with two cooking fields is available for cooking, and there is also a microwave with oven function.  

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.

There is plenty of space for your personal belongings in the vanity unit. There is also a washing machine.  

Opposite the bathroom is the beautiful bedroom.

As in the other rooms, the beautiful wooden gable roof comes into its own here. The two single beds stand together and therefore give a total area of 1.80 x 2.00m.

From the bedroom you have a view to the terrace and the garden.  

The terrace directly in front of the house is suitable for sitting outside all year round.

The outdoor furniture is of high quality and made of wood.

Guests will find a nice spot on the small piece of lawn, where there is a large palm tree providing shade. There is a sea view from the approx. 700 sqm plot.

The second terrace a little below the house serves as a parking space, but can also be used as another possibility for sunbathing.

There are also two sun loungers here.

Casa Arecida is located in Arecida, a district of Tijarafe, on the west side of La Palma

The house is situated at approx. 600m above sea level, the area is characterised by a lot of unspoilt nature and offers many excursion destinations, e.g. the Pirate's Bay below Tijarafe or the ascent to Roque de los Muchachos.

Casa Arecida is an ideal location for many hikes in the west and north.

It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the beach in Tazacorte and about 25 minutes to the largest town on the west side, Los Llanos.

There are also good shopping facilities in Tijarafe, with a supermarket, a health food shop and other small shops. There is a good pizzeria, various bars or a kiosco for a coffee or snack in between.

After another 8 minutes you reach Puntagorda, where a nice market, the Mercadillo, takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. Between Tijarafe and Puntagorda is the Muralla lookout restaurant.
