Sun and sea views – a holiday home in a secluded location on La Palma

This charming holiday home enjoys a completely secluded location, nestled within a sprawling banana plantation on the east side of La Palma – above the airport, in a spot with a particularly pleasant climate.

The name says it all: here you can experience spectacular sunrises – on a clear day, you can even see as far as Tenerife and the majestic Mount Teide.

The fully fenced property with an electric gate offers privacy and security. The surrounding area is characterised by agriculture – particularly banana plantations – which is traditional and typical of La Palma.

A perfect spot for anyone seeking the authentic La Palma. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and lovingly furnished. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

House for 4 adults + 1 baby

There are two bedrooms:

the master bedroom with a double bed, a desk and access to the terrace, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both have a wardrobe.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine.

The separate kitchen has space for a small table with four chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

The small living area with a two-seater sofa is located right by the entrance. There is a TV, although currently only Spanish channels are available.

Wi-Fi is available.

The outdoor area is sure to be your favourite spot:

the spacious terrace (approx. 40 m²) with sea views is furnished with lounge furniture and a hanging chair. It can be accessed from outside or directly from the master bedroom.

Here you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures, the sun and the view of the Atlantic Ocean – perfect for breakfast at sunrise or for relaxing evenings.

The surroundings

The nearest shops and restaurants are in Breña Baja, just a 3-minute drive away.

Los Cancajos beach is only 6 km away, and the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma, is also just a 15-minute drive away – perfect for a stroll, a meal or some shopping.

The south of the island, with its bizarre volcanic landscapes and secluded beaches, is ideal for exploring and hiking.
