The stylishly renovated stone house Casa Albillo is located in a rural setting below Puntagorda
The surrounding area offers wonderful hiking trails directly from the house.
Not far away is the "Puerto de Puntagorda", a natural harbour and in summer a popular bathing place with a protected rocky bay and caves. In winter, bathing is not recommended due to strong currents.
In Puntagorda there are several supermarkets, a health food shop, restaurants, bars and a health centre. The weekend market "Mercadillo" on Saturday and Sunday is also worth mentioning, with local products such as freshly pressed sugar cane juice.
It is an ideal place for rest and relaxation for up to four people.
From three to four people, the annexe "Casa de Piedra" can be booked as an option, which offers a bedroom, bathroom with shower, washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen/living room. Please ask us for the conditions.
You are undisturbed at all times in Casa Albillo - the annex is not rented separately. Two friendly couples can enjoy a relaxing holiday here without stepping on each other's feet.
The Albillo holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished
In the spacious living room you will not only find a modern corner stove, but also a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean.
Here you have also two flat-screen TVs including a 3D cinema with beamer, screen (approx. 125 inches) as well as surround sound. Of course, you have access to 20 Mbit/s wireless internet.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and mattresses suitable for allergy sufferers is fully air-conditioned.
On the ground-level outdoor terrace is the highlight: the infinity pool with counter-current system and a natural salt system for gentle, ecological disinfection.
The pool temperature is raised by 3 degrees during the winter months by means of a heat pump. Ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed.
On the lounge loungers provided, it is not only a wonderful way to end the day, but also to enjoy the famous – light-free – view of the breathtaking firmament in complete silence. And afterwards, a swim in the sensually illuminated pool is tempting ...
In addition, for lovers of extensive barbecues, an inviting outdoor kitchen with a two-burner gas grill has been installed. From there, you not only have a view of the wonderfully chirping vineyard, but also of the blue, undulating Atlantic Ocean in the distance.
Annexe Casa de Piedra
The rustic stone house is over a hundred years old and has been lovingly modernised.
The high Canarian wooden ceiling gives the living room with comfortable sofa, TV with German channels, dining table and open, well-equipped kitchen a pleasant, secure ambience. The terrace is also accessible from the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, as is the modern bathroom with shower and its own washing machine.
Casa de Piedra can be booked on request. The daily rate is 65 € plus one day's rent for the final cleaning.
The annexe is only rented in conjunction with Casa Albillo. Your privacy is always guaranteed.
