In 2016, the Holiday Apartments were completely redesigned.
Located on the first floor of a residential building in Puerto Naos, the apartments feature a modern furnishing and are well equipped.
The reasonable priced Holiday Apartments are also available for low-budget travellers.
They are located in a one-way side road.
Only 200 meters from the apartments you find the beach promenade and the wide sandy beach of Puerto Naos.
Good restaurants as well as two supermarkets are located within a short walking distance, therefore you do not necessarily depend on a car.
The Holiday Apartments are ideal for guests, who like to do many things on the island and are looking for a perfect starting point.
The Apartments La Cerca are two separate Holiday apartments.
They are located next to each other and are rented separately. If required, for example for two families travelling together, the two apartments can be connected by a patio when removing the partition wall.
Both Holiday Apartments are identically equipped, each one features a different colour scheme.

The apartments are not located at the beach promenade, but only a short distance from the apartment complex.
The one-way side road in front of the apartment building is less frequented.
The original balcony facing the street was fully glazed and reminds of a winter garden.

The corner sofa, a floor lamp as well as a small closet and indirect lightning create a feel-good ambience.
The living area provides access to the large dining area with a fitted kitchenette.
The two areas can be separated by sliding doors.
This room features a blend of old and new.
Grandmother chairs were restored appearing in a new splendour, just as the beautiful, small table under the mirrors.
The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, in a separate display cabinet you find more tableware.
A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and to the bathroom.
Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans for hot summer days.
Use of available space has been optimised, without making the rooms appear overloaded.
In the second bedroom there is a bed which can be converted into a large bed (1,60 x 2,00m).
The bathroom is small and has a shower and a toilet.
