Flat Raquel is a beautiful, modernly furnished city apartment in the heart of Los Llanos, the secret capital of the island

The spacious living room, which combines a lounge and dining area, forms the heart of the flat; from here, you can step out onto the small balcony.

The balcony overlooks Avenida Venezuela. This is largely a pedestrian zone leading to Plaza de España; the front section is open to traffic.

In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a large, solid coffee table, as well as a dining table with six chairs. The wooden display cabinet contains the owners’ crockery and remains locked.

The separate, modern kitchen is very well equipped. It is located right at the entrance to the apartment.

The kitchen features a small breakfast table with four chairs and a small flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.

A long corridor leads from the living room to the other rooms in the flat.

On the left, the first room is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet.

Next is another living room with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV (satellite TV).

The last room on the left is the dressing room with a spacious walk-in wardrobe.

At the end of this is the master bedroom with a double bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin with a large mirror and vanity unit.

At the end of the corridor is a small study with a desk and a single bed.

Both the bedroom and the study have windows facing the rear of the building.
