The 60m² Breathtaking Terrace is one of a kind!

Enjoy the spacious L-shaped terrace facing the beach and the Boulevard on one side and the car-free side street on the other side. 

The terrace also offers space for two loungers. In the front there is a large teakwood table with four comfortable chairs, from where you enjoy a great sea view.

The outdoor area with many potted plants and palm trees create a Mediterranean Holiday atmosphere. An awning provides cooling shade, if preferred.

Spacious Living Area

A total of 72m² living space sleeps up to four persons and one baby. 

The beautiful designed entrance area with a reading corner is a friendly welcome for guests. There is a long stretched corridor with a large sideboard and a display case that leads to the spacious, light-flooded living-dining area. The accommodation offers wireless internet.

Exposed to bright sunlight, all rooms also can be fully darkened.

Very well equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is very well equipped, with a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dish washer, a microwave oven and other kitchen appliances.

Daylight enters from the patio and creates a friendly atmosphere in the kitchen. Opposite the kitchen there is a small storage room with shelves for kitchen appliances, provisions and cleaning utensils. There is a round dining table with four chairs next to the kitchen.

The living room has a large, cosy couch, two comfortable rattan chairs and provides direct access to the spacious corner terrace.

The living area provides access to the two bedrooms and in-between them there is a shared bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a toilet.

Both bedrooms provide access to the terrace. 

The two bedrooms can be fully darkened.

Smoker are welcome, but they are allowed to smoke on the terrace only.
