From the 20sqm L-shaped terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the village.
The Nisamar holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor of a four-storey apartment building, directly on the idyllic beach promenade in Puerto Naos.
Directly opposite is the large beach with fine black lava sand and palm trees, which has been awarded the Blue Flag several times by the EU, the recognised seal for high environmental standards and best water quality.
The flat offers space for max. 2 persons and a baby
The terrace of approx. 20 sqm is very nice, but you only have sun in the late afternoon.
It is to the side of the flat and still has a beautiful sea view.
One part of the terrace faces the beach and the car-free promenade, the other one faces the side street, which is also car-free.
There is room for two comfortable deck chairs and a table with four chairs. An awning provides the necessary sun protection if required.
The combined living/dining area consists of a kitchenette with a small counter and stools as well as a sofa which can be used as a sofa bed with satellite TV (flat screen).
The bathroom with shower tub and toilet also houses the washing machine. The bedroom offers a French double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
In case of strong sunlight, however, the rooms can be completely shaded.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
