Apt. La Fuente will be newly rented in 2019, and its furnishings are correspondingly fresh and modern.

Two special features make this central city flat stand out: It is not located in a large apartment building, but in a residential building with a total of only five flats. 

Apart from the Apartamento La Fuente we offer on the second floor, only the garden flat on the ground floor and the small studio in the Atico are occupied; the floor on the first floor is currently empty. 

The second special feature are the two large L-shaped balconies and the unobstructed view, because there is no house opposite the main balcony.

The balconies are circumferential, so there are balconies in front of windows and doors.

The balconies have a lounge set for sitting and two sun loungers that can be placed as desired, and they also have awnings.

There is no lift, the two floors are taken via the stairs. 

Through a double door you enter the hallway of the spacious flat, which is divided into two areas. To the right is the living room with combined open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as the first balcony. To the left are the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the second balcony. 

The living room has normal living room furnishings with a large, comfortable couch and modern entertainment electronics.

A total of three large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors provide plenty of light and a pleasant living ambience here. Adjacent is the fully equipped fitted kitchen with marble bar and chairs, except for a dishwasher.

In the bedrooms, there are chests of drawers and bedside tables with lamps in addition to the French double and single beds. The bedroom windows have blinds as well as curtains and face the quiet south/south-west direction. In the hallways you will find large built-in wardrobes with enough space for holiday wardrobe and suitcases. A room in the hallway houses the washing machine and cleaning utensils.

Los Llanos de Aridane

The holiday flat is located a little above the pedestrian zone above the Plaza de España near the fountain "La Fuente".

Restaurants, shopping facilities and the city centre are within walking distance of the tranquil residential area, "La Carilla" itself offers several bars and cafés as well as a cultural centre. In the typical Spanish bar-bodega "El Parral" you can have an excellent and inexpensive meal.
