Apartamento Juan was completely refurnished in  2016

The 50m2 Holiday Apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and is perfectly suited for up to 2 persons with a child. 

The 10m2 terrace is covered and has a small table with 2 chairs as well as two small cosy lounge chairs. The apartment building is only a few minutes from the beach, a greengrocer's shop as well as as supermarket and some restaurants.

Moreover, the Holiday Apartment features double-glazed windows. When closed, they make sure you are hardly affected by any noise from the less frequented street.

A special highlight is the circular arch providing a view from the covered terrace. 

The combined living-dining area offers a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter and two stools as well as a sofa bed for a child and a large flat screen TV.

The bathroom has a shower and a toilet as well as a washing machine. The bedroom is located next to the entrance and faces a small patio, which can be used to hang up laundry.
