The large, open living/dining area, consisting of an American kitchen with ceramic hob (four fields), a spacious living area with a large built-in wardrobe and a comfortable sofa, as well as a large dining table with glass top for four people, is very bright and modern.

The balcony offers sun already in the morning and one likes to make oneself comfortable on the rattan sofa and the two armchairs. A small table with four chairs invites you to have breakfast later and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

In the hallway right at the entrance of the flat is a beautiful carved wardrobe that fits perfectly into the existing niche and offers enough space for your holiday wardrobe.

The small bathroom has a shower tray, toilet and washbasin as well as a towel cabinet and a washing machine.

At the back of the flat are the two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have their windows facing the courtyard/staircase of the building, the windows can be darkened. One bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a French double bed.
