Beautiful country house with wide panoramic views and private swimming pool
Casa Fanega is a compact, well-kept country house in Canarian architecture with a large sun terrace and a solar-heated swimming pool.
It is located in a rural setting in the settlement of El Paraiso, which belongs to El Paso. It is beautifully situated on a slope at approx. 596 m above sea level.
The house offers space for up to three adults or two adults and two children.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Since July 18, there has been a construction site below Casa Fanega, where a residential building is being erected.
Work there is not continuous, the construction site is also paused at times. However, we cannot make any long-term statements about when work will be done. The work is currently being carried out inside (January 2021).
Small country house with large swimming pool and great view
Casa Fanega stands on a free plot of land with approx. 450sqm of usable space.
The outdoor area offers a small garden and several seating areas with a beautiful view of the sea and the Aridane valley. There is also a small barbecue.
However, the most popular place for most guests is the swimming pool, which was built in 2016.
The roofing and the additional solar heating ensure pleasant swimming temperatures most of the time, even in winter.
At the back of the property, a hedge has been planted and a privacy screen installed, so you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed.
The house itself is surrounded by a half-height wall and also separated from the pool area by a hedge.
In the front part of the house is the combined living/dining area
It consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and four chairs as well as the living area with a large corner couch and a built-in wall opposite.
This offers space for the flat-screen TV and a small music system with radio and CD. For cooler temperatures, an electric radiator can be provided if needed.
At the back of the house are the two bedrooms and a bathroom
The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioner that also serves as a heater (split unit).
The second bedroom has a bunk single bed, i.e. a bed with another pull-out bed underneath. The bathroom is small and has a shower/WC. There is a washing machine behind the house.
