Casa Lagarto was completely redesigned in 2014

The semi-detached Holiday Bungalow features a sunny location with a view of the sea and the Aridane Valley. Furthermore, you enjoy a full private 300m2 property.

The terrace is visually completely separated from the neighboring property and offers a great view of the garden and Los Llanos.

The barbecue area is a nice place to freshly prepare your food and enjoy sitting together outdoors. A small roofed terrace with a table and 2 chairs is an additional sitting corner right in front of the living area.

A salad and vegetable patch as well as strelitzias (birds of paradise flower) round out the green oasis.

Casa Lagarto comprises 90 m² living and sleeps up to 4 persons

It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a large combined living-dining area. 

The living area is very spacious and light as of the panoramic windows opening onto the terrace. Two sofas in the middle of the room provide a cosy atmosphere. The white sideboard with a large flat screen and a DVD-player contrasts with the coloured wall.

A large dining table with six high-quality wooden chairs is located right at the window.

Stylish furniture and a decoration with loving attention to detail create a pleasant ambience. 

A fitted kitchenette made of natural wood is integrated in the living room and fe a complete new equipment.

Bedroom

Attached to the living room there is 1 open bedroom with 2 single beds. 

There is also a small desk and an accentuating multi-coloured graffiti painting.

The second bedroom and the bathroom are located in the back part of the Holiday House.

The bedrooms have also been furnished with great care to the detail emphasizing high-quality products. New mattresses ensure a restful sleep.

The small bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet features a fresh colour design.
